Choose the IRS payment option you are comfortable with :
There are Many options available to pay the HVUT to the IRS. 
Direct Debit or EFW: IRS will debit the tax due directly from your bank account.
EFTPS: You have to make the payment to the IRS by logging in to EFTPS.gov.
